He is also a board member of Mareda, Inc, the Diocese of Toledo's low income housing corporation, a board member of the Toledo Children’s Foundation Board, and a member of the Sylvania Chamber of Commerce. Respected – Neal is a past Secretary of the Sylvania Township Zoning Board and Vice Chairman of the Sylvania Township Trustees. Respected – His expertise is sought by local community organizations because of his negotiating skills, budget accountability and ‘Get Back to Basics’ management style.
